Integrated Marketing Specialist

The Integrated Marketing Specialist (IMS) is a key member of the Marketing team who represents, upholds, and supports the advancement of the mission, vision, and guiding values of Metropolitan Ministries to donors, volunteers, partners, board members and staff.

The IMS will assist with planning and implementing short-term and long-term strategic marketing and fundraising initiatives. The IMS is responsible for implementing all forms of print and digital communications. Read more>

Environmental Service Supervisor

Keep buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Oversee the daily cleaning performed by environmental staff, resident interns, volunteers and outsourcing. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities.  Read more>

System Navigator - Outreach

Provide mobile system navigation services to homeless individuals and families through meal site partner locations, Evaluate and assess immediate needs, connect with services, document and report services offered. Provide on-going employment focused services in the employment lab.  Read more>

Resident Service Assistant 

Provide support and assistance to Family Care Center residents, assuring a safe and healthy environment as residents work towards self-sufficiency.  Read more>

Manager of Community Donations

The Manager of Community Donations cultivates, stewards and helps to build the pipeline of in-kind and financial donors to Metropolitan Ministries. Primary duties include managing a portfolio of donors to cultivate, steward and solicit for in-kind and financial donations, creating and implementing a strategy and annual plan for raising needed in-kind resources, managing drive efforts internally and externally, and key drives and program’s events oversight. Requires considerable, extensive public contact, strong organizational, telephone and communications skills and a high degree of discretion with respect to confidential and sensitive issues. Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator (MC) represents, upholds, and supports the advancement of the mission, vision, and guiding values of Metropolitan Ministries to donors, volunteers, partners,
and staff.  The MC with planning and implementing short-term and long-term strategic marketing and communications initiatives for the organization. The MC will help coordinate projects from concept to implementation and work closely with the advancement team as well as marketing partners in brand communications, direct mail and email fundraising,  website, social media, and print production. Emergency Case Manager

The Case Manager provides in-office and mobile case management services; administers intakes and mental health assessments; evaluates and assesses immediate needs; coaches clients in the development of self-sufficiency plans; functions as a liaison between clients, community service providers and program component staff.
