Guidelines for Residential Pick-up
Donations of needed items help us to better serve poor and homeless families. Please help us preserve the dignity of the people we serve by only donating items that are in good, usable condition. We can not accept items that are damaged, soiled and/or in non-working condition.
Non-Financial donations can be made at 2101 North Florida Avenue in Tampa. Donations are accepted on:
Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:00p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m.-3:00p.m.
Residential pick-up is available for large furniture items in good condition only.
If you have large furniture items that are in good condition please call (813) 209-1060.

- Alcohol or Alcohol-Based Products
- Automobiles and boats
- Barbeque Grills
- Binders (3-ring) with Logos
- Bathroom and Household Fixtures
- Built-in Dishwashers and Stoves
- CRT Computer Monitors without the Computer
- Computers that are not Pentium III processors or better
- Copy Machines
- Fluorescent Lights
- Furniture Needing Reupholstering or Cleaning
- Futons
- Gas Dryers
- Household Chemicals
- Kerosene Heaters
- Magazines
- Non-Working and Soiled Items
- Open Paint Cans
- Open Over-the-Counter Medications
- Pianos
- Prescription Medicine
- Propane
- Water Beds
