Clothing Outreach and Prevention Services provides emergency food boxes, clothing assistance and guidance needed to help you and your family meet your immediate needs. Every person who comes to our door for help will meet with a compassionate and trained staff member or volunteer. Assistance with clothing is provided through a voucher that can be used to shop for specified items at our thrift store at no cost to you. To help us better serve your needs, please review the list of items you will need to bring with you. If you are working with a social worker, case worker, minister or other provider, please ask them for a referral to Metropolitan Ministries that list your current needs. Outreach and Prevention Services is located at 2301 North Tampa Street in Tampa. We are open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Please be advised that our office closes at 5 p.m. We recommend you arrive early to ensure you have ample time to meet with one of our counselors.
