Please come to 2301 N Tampa Street, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to meet with one of our counselors.
Please bring the following items with you:
- Available I.D. for all members of your family (birth certificates, social security cards, drivers licenses, state ID’s)
- Marriage certificate (if married)
- Child custody papers (If applicable)
If you are in an emergency situation, which can not wait until our normal business hours, you may come to 2010 N Florida Ave. 24 hours a day for assistance.
Unfortunately, our residential program is often full and you will likely be placed on our waiting list. We will do what we can to help you find temporary shelter while you are waiting for our program. Please come and see our intake counselor - the sooner your family is placed on our waiting list, the quicker we can provide full services to you.
For additional information, you may call (813) 209-1200, however the best way for us to help you and your family is for you to meet with one of our counselors.
