Important Registration Information and Registration Criteria
1. You must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Families with children under the age of 18
- Current SSI or SSD recipients (current award letter needed)
- Senior Citizens 62 years of age or over
Registration Guidelines
2. Please bring the following items with you:
- Photo ID
- Social Security cards for adults and children
- Proof of residence (current lease agreement or utility bill)
3. If you are unable to pick up your food and gifts, we will gladly give your items to a person of your choice. All they need to bring is:
- A copy of your photo
- Their actual photo ID
- Your Registration Card
- A note signed by you
