The Sanctuary Housing

The dream of affordable housing and self-sufficiency is now a reality for homeless families. Metropolitan Ministries Sanctuary at Waters Avenue, a 12-unit town home complex in the Sulfur Springs neighborhood of Tampa, is now open to:

Families who have graduated from the Ministries’ Uplift U® program
Graduates of other transitional housing programs for families
Any currently homeless family that meets the income guidelines

All residents are paired with family mentors to help families achieve full self-sufficiency.
