Housing Programs

Lack of affordable housing and fleeing domestic violence are the number one causes of family homelessness today in our community.

Our emergency shelter and residential programs are located in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. We accept families with a male or a female head of household, couples with children, or single women.

  • Hope Hall: For women and families experiencing temporary homelessness. Sometimes, unemployment is the only barrier to housing. At Hope Hall, families can stay together while they find work and save for their own housing.
  • Uplift Hall: Often, families and single women who need residential services have endured many hardships.  When this is the case, sometimes more than a job and housing are needed.  People benefit from counseling to help see how what happened to them has shaped them.  Services help the entire family overcome what has happened to them and develop the confidence to identify and complete their education and employment dreams.  Their new skills equip them to provide for themselves and their families long-term.
  • Miracles For Pasco: For single women and families experiencing temporary homelessness. Services include housing, employment, counseling, education, afterschool programming, case management, and health and wellness programming.
