We are currently tracking a low-pressure weather system that will be causing significant rain, lightning, and wind over the weekend. We are contacting you as your scheduled date on Saturday will coincide with much of this weather system.
If your time to arrive at the Holiday Tent is between 1PM and 5PM this Saturday, please consider these alternative options to avoid the heaviest weather.
1. Plan to arrive early on Saturday 12/16 coming from 9:30AM to 11:30AM
Or
2. Plan to come on another day. We will honor your registration on any of our other days.
- Sunday, 12/17 from 1PM to 4PM
- Thursday, 12/21 from 9:30AM to 4PM
- Friday, 12/22 from 9:30AM to 4PM
- Saturday, 12/23 from 9:30AM to 4PM
